Currently working as Research Associate with IIM Bangalore for Corporate Governance and Citizenship unit for 2 years and previously was Program Manager and Consultant for Leadership Resource Centre: A joint Partnership between NASSCOM and IIMB for 2 Years.

She provides Strategic support primarily to Small and Medium Enterprises across industries via Think Scale suite of offerings and helps Startups in their Incubation and Growth phases.

In the past, she was associated as Head of HR with Teamlease Services Ltd for 3 Years. Before this, she was the Director, Learning and Development with Schneider Electrics.

She has also worked with Vaatsalya Healthcare as VP Human Resources and was in a Leadership role in Learning and Development with Hewlett Packard.

She started her career with NIIT Ltd and spent a decade there.

Asha has a Masters in Physics from Delhi Vishwavidyalaya and Master Degree from the University of Leeds in applied and Professional Ethics.
